Nice is the first five-star party hotel in The Heart of Europe, The World Islands, Dubai. It is one of the four Côte d’Azur hotels inspired by Mediterranean cities and will feature an iconic, adults-only beach resort that attracts a fashionable crowd of party enthusiasts. Nice Côte d’Azur Hotel will have facades painted in vibrant colour schemes, having a combination of various hues of green and red.

The hotel on the World Islands Dubai will feature 264 rooms and suites. Inspired by the French Riviera, the off-plan development will offer beach clubs, carnivals and relaxing pool bars where you can indulge in live music.
