This is a group of 4 buildings with 12 units and two vacant lots. All are in close proximity to each other. Three of the buildings were rehabbed about 25 years ago with all new plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall, and more. One of the buildings was new construction at the time. It has 2-4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouses. 7 of the units are vacant and have had some damage from the 2025 tornado. But with the work that has been done, you have a good basis to start with. The rehabs were done with LIHTC tax credits, so there are some rental restrictions and the new buyer and management must be approved by MHDC, which may be a two month process. There is another group of 7 buildings that is also available. The seller has agreed to establish a repair escrow to help with work that needs to be done.
