MAG 318 is a new residential complex with a height of 23 floors, located in the Business Bay area. The project of the building belongs to the developer MAG Group, and Mimar Emirates Engineering Consultants acted as an architectural consultant. The complex was awarded the "Residential Project of 2019" award for its innovative and creative approach to design, and it was fully commissioned in January 2021.
