Lia by Avenew Development is a sculptural seaside residence located within Dubai Islands, where architecture is shaped by the dialogue between sea and sky. A man-made archipelago off the shores of Deira, Dubai Islands is a work in progress that will eventually cover 17sqkm across five isles.
